This is my new go to Chinese restaurant - they have so many vegan options! The Phad Thai was delicious. Fried tofu, noodles, broccoli, carrots and other veggies topped with chopped peanuts. The sauce itself was pretty mild, not at all spicy like they describe on the website, and also not an overpowering peanut flavor. I enjoyed it a lot. The tofu was a little soft/spongy, but I think that's because I had it as take out and it took a minute to drive home before I could eat it. I appreciate that they provided lime wedges for me to squeeze on top when I got home. And of course the fortune cookies ☺️ For $15 it was a little pricey, but was a lot of food and very filling
