The ice cream in this ice cream sammy is creamy and tasty, with tangy bits of key lime throughout. The cookie portion is what you’d expect from a standard ice cream sandwich; it does the job holding the ice cream and tastes okay but it wouldn’t hold up as a tasty snack on its own. The ice cream is the star of the show here.
These are quite tasty and I think that if you’re a key lime fan you’ll enjoy them. I think that if I tried these before I had any ice cream sandwiches from Cool Haus I’d be more impressed….but those have spoiled me as both the ice cream and cookies are fabulous!
Though I enjoy these I don’t think I’d repurchase as they’re pretty pricey.
