Vegan Quesadilla from Anna’s house in Ann Arbor…made with Local ingredients. Large grilled flour tortilla, stuffed with fresh spinach, mushrooms, tomato, onion, jalapeños, vegan chipotle aioli, and vegan cheese. Served with guacamole & house-made salsa on the side. This was yummy! I was a fan! I went to Anna’s house 3 days in a row! Love the vegan options!
