Tacos! (Only Available Tuesdays) al NIYA — Recensione di marimari (14 giu 2023)

Niya is a fully vegan restaurant! On Tuesdays they do taco Tuesday and this is the result (menu changes seasonally so the fillings may differ season to season). 1 was a no-fish taco with avocado and cabbage. 1 was a vegan “al pastor” taco. 1 was roasted pumpkin with quinoa-crusted fried avocado and vegan ricotta cheese. The corn tortilla is clearly made in house!
