I’ve had to wait to do these reviews until Abillion added this new restaurant, and the day has finally come!! Guys, introducing, the new best vegan restaurant in Phnom Penh. This place is amazing! Their menu is to die for and the decor is so cool. And they have vegan bubble tea!! This brown sugar milk tea was creamy and sweet with nice chewy boba.
