These steaks could've been flame grilled for a shorter time but thats on me.
Flavourwise, to me, it's perfectly seasoned with salt & pepper and I love them as is without marinade.
I previously reviewed their steaks and at the time never realized the ones in my review were called Potjie Steak...
Purchased from The Vegan Life as the last market was rained out.
