This vegan Begal BLT (beacon, lettuce & tomato) was so good it had me hooked… it came with caramelised onions, vegan cheese spread, smoked tofu & as the name suggests - lettuce and tomato. For those who know their breads, the begal was perfect - chewy with the slight sweetness of the caramelised onions and went a notch higher with the smoked tofu to give the real taste of ham… won’t lie - I ordered 3!!!
