Me and my boyfriend loved going to Knol&kool.
It's a vegan Restaurant in Gent.
The people were friendly and the food was amazing. It was my first time eating a cinnamon roll and it's one of the best dessert I had atm 😍🥰😍🥰
And I LOVED THE LAVENDER LEMONADE! Omg it's so good. Like honestly I didn't even know it existed I've never seen it or heard of it before so it's really original.
And now I just wanna make it myself at home.
Knol&kool got recently renovated I think and has more food options so next time I'm in Gent I will definitely go there again 🥰😍🥰

i bought a big bag of lavender flowers years ago for cooking. they add a nice touch to almost any recipe. i love them in salad dressing, stuffing, with potatoes, in soup , . . .
