I really appreciate this simple, quick option for a veggie burger. I often prefer a thin patty, which this was. It crisped up nicely and kinda tasted like onion rings.
Light on the protein, but I like varying my #veggieburgers and will keep this one in the rotation for when I'm wanting a lighter option.
