Review of big Breakfast at Back to Eden Singapore (Cafe) by erialc

Back to Eden is a plant based all day brunch cafe and bakery by Strangers’ Reunion. They are currently in their soft launch phase.

They recommended the Big Breakfast ($17.90) which consists of a rosti, BBQ pulled mushrooms, spinach, tomato with pesto along with a smoked cashew sour cream. Decided to top up $2 for their tofu scramble.

The rosti was really delicious! Love the pesto as well as the BBQ pulled mushrooms. Not a fan of this tofu scramble though. Best to skip it. Good size portion and it was definitively filling! Can’t wait to return to try out the other things on the menu!
