I can tell this is going to be a banana pudding summer for me. I had banana pudding at a pop-up earlier this spring and could not stop thinking about it. Herbie came out with a banana cream pie shake, and I just had to try it after a long day at the Arboretum!

Honestly, it did disappoint a bit. It has an off artificial flavor. I think the chunks of pie crust weren't really doing it for me either. I think I'll stick to the pie format with vanilla wafers.
