I LOVE this!! Really REALLY good. I browned it a bit with olive oil, onions and garlic then tossed it in, simmered with a little white wine, added sautéed mushrooms then served it over Palmini hearts of palm linguini (which is amazing), some Lucini tomato sauce, grated some
Violife Parmesan, and presto! Just delish!
