This soup was incredible!! It had a perfect balance of flavors (smoky and acidic) and I loved the root vegetables and baby corn. Nice and hearty and a good-sized portion for a light entree. Wish I had gotten my own 😋. I’m going to try to make this at home. #cdmx #cdmxvegan
