I got this from V-delivery, decided to try it instead of the Violife one. Even straight from the fridge, this was pretty soft, while the Violife stays very firm as regular butter. It softened quicker, but the end result of what you are baking will probably not be as stable. Overall it is an ok butter, but next time I would go again to Violife one, as this reminds me more of margarine, instead of butter. #veganbutter #veganuary2023 #veganinbulgaria
