Perfect intensity of the coffee cream. The cream feels very light and buttery, yet full of flavour. It has a soft biscuit on the inside that compliments the cream and adds an additional layer of texture. For CHF 8.50 more worth it than the lemon tartlet. It's more interesting and creative.
