The seedy flavor of this bread is nice but also pretty mild. It is also really soft. Unfortunately I didn’t find it to be very durable. The slices are quite thin and start to fall apart quickly in a sandwich. Perhaps if you mostly use bread for toast with butter you’d be fine but I wouldn’t recommend using it to prepare/pack a sandwich in advance - especially with any juicy vegetables or condiments touching the bread.
