Been wanting to try this for a while so when it was yellow stickered I had to pick it up! I thought this was a generous portion and a pretty tasty easy meal! Admittedly the meat substitute pieces were a little chewy in texture but in all honesty that’s sort of how I remember the non vegan version of a microwave curry to be from back in my omni days. My favourite thing about this is that it has micro instructions for from chilled or frozen so no pre planned defrosting required!
