I love these #snacks because they so perfectly satisfy my cravings for crunchiness and a touch of salt. The crackers are thin, crisp, and a bit shiny in a way that reminds me of Japanese arare, which makes sense as they’re also rice-based and #glutenfree. The 6-seed blend adds such a pleasant, rustic texture, too. These crackers are simply delicious on their own, and they’re also fantastic paired with hummus, avocado, etc. They can be purchased (quite economically) at Costco, where you’ll get a big box with two hefty bags inside. I think they’re packaged that way for freshness, although they never last long enough to go stale!
