Vindija is a milk company from my hometown and I grew up eating their milk products every day so seeing them developing good quality vegan products really makes my heart sing. Even though I know company does it for profit, a step in a right direction is still a step in a right direction.
I have enjoyed this pudding, it has a very nutty taste with a hint of chocolate and in my opinion the taste is well balanced. The texture is pudding like haha, but maybe a bit looser than you would expect.
