I LOVE Pure Kitchen. This place is strictly vegan and prepares meals from scratch that you can take home and eat when you're ready to. You just heat them up like meal preps. Most last 4-5 days. The potato salad is probably my favorite item there. It's perfection. Good portion. Will be up to par with the best non-vegan potato salad you've once had. I've given it to a non-vegan and he loved it, had no idea it was vegan.
