Bonobowl al Bonobo Café — Recensione di tracy (12 apr 2023)

My boyfriend’s parents were so generous, taking us all to total #vegan cafe Bonobo Cafe. The bonobowl was fantastic; coconut rice with black sesame, a salad of fresh red cabbage, noodle and #edamame, battered cauliflower, crispy bits, deep fried #tofu nuggets, and a creamy aioli-like sauce to smother it all in.

Also included are some of the other dishes; La Tomatina, and the Bonobo burger - which I tried but don’t think had enough of to warrant separate reviews (there’s always next time teehee). It’s recommended to book during the weekends and it was busy! But the dishes still arrived in a decent timeframe.

Bonobo society is matriarchal. They resolve conflicts via creative intimacy and tend towards egalitarianism. Perhaps there are some things another great ape species - one that tends towards violence, could learn from 🤷🏻‍♀️.
