I was very excited to see this new pizza on Art Is In’s menu!
“Sesame crusted sourdough, San Marzano tomato sauce, roasted oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms and shitake mushrooms, finished with our homemade cashew cheese, garlic basil miso pesto and our blend of chillies.”
As a mushroom and pesto lover, I was really pleased with this creative combo. It tasted great paired with a full-bodied red wine.
I will say nothing beats the vegan pepperoni pizza Art Is In used to have but, until they bring that back, I’ll be very happy ordering this.
