A bit of a strange taste for a burger, perhaps the beetroot is too high in the mix. The texture could be firmer and if you're looking for a meaty tasting vegan burger these miss the mark. Reading the ingredients list, these do appear to be quite healthy and not as processed as some other meat alternatives. They are quite enjoyable but would I buy them again? Maybe, but there are other vegan burger options on the market that I would choose over these, so it's unlikely.
