Very disappointed in this product, usually vegan cheese is criticised for having too strong of a taste but this was the reverse as I don't think it has much of a taste at all. It isn't a bad taste but it isn't that good either. And the texture reminded me of plastic. But what I found the most annoying is that it no matter how I tried to cook it (microwave, oven, pot) it just wouldn't melt at all. But it was worth a go for the price.
