Review of Vegan Shoyu at Ivan Ramen by thebkvegans

Rich/dark broth, really filling, great flavors and perfect tofu texture. Also the tomato in this ramen was one of the best parts. Great vegan option, they also have some vegan appetizers (definitely try the crispy eggplant)
