Disappointing dish. Fried Tofu with broccoli and peppers but no broccoli in sight, just plenty mixed peppers.
The flavour was sweet & sour and it was good but the tofu too chewy.
The rice is at the bottom of the dish, so it was already soaked in the sauce which I'd prefer to have been packaged separately.
