This is my first all 5* in hundreds and hundreds of reviews. Maybe ever. My new go-to sghetti instantly. A more nutritious alternative, doesnt bunch or get gooey or sticky, #organic and no additional ingredients, plastic free package for ~$4. The ancient grain Einkorn contains a richer profile of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than modern wheat. I like the taste a little better too, not much difference.
