Beet Burger with Vegan Cream Cheese al SUSU Vegan Mylk Bar Penang — Recensione di m1tch9i (6 mar 2023)

Thanks to the amazing @dafnelately , I’ve been gifted with so many #vegan firsts 🥰 This #beetroot #burger was just another all star in the line up 🤩 Look! They’ve even got the abillion sticker! 😆

As you can see, we’ve got a #charcoal #bun which is denser but so much more flavourful 😋 It gives it such an earthiness that really matched the #patty‘s similar overtones 🤤 The bun gave a kind of nice resistance of elasticity but still so dense. I also love how it comes off almost nutty but it’s mostly that #toasty roast of grains and beans combined 😝 It’s such an interesting bite of something so whole with the light crisp of roasted #beans 🤪 I think the #creamcheese was a little mild for me. I could’ve done for a richer saltiness but the texture is spectacular!

RM21 seems like a lot until you realise they give 2 burgers instead of 1!! 😜

The #potatochips buried underneath were Ruffles with some herb under but the dish works so I’m not complaining! 😝
