Drunken Linguine al Norah — Recensione di Kelly Northway (4 mar 2023)

Norahs Drunken Linguine consists of tofu, soy curls, bell pepper, onion, crispy basil, and house garlic sauce that has a medium spice. This linguine had good flavor and I love that Norahs offers soy curls, however, I still think I prefer wide noodles that are traditionally used for a Drunken Noodle dish. I think it would be nice if Norahs could include a protein choice for all of their dishes rather than throwing tofu & soy curls in some dishes and none in other dishes. I was very close to ordering their Coconut Mushroom Linguine, but since this particular dish didn’t include tofu or soy curls or tempeh like the other dishes, I decided to go for the Drunken.
The prices are a bit steeper here than some of my go-to Thai restaurants in Portland, but this is a great all-vegan establishment that even throws Just Egg into their Pad Thai’s. The ambiance is also very nice with bamboo covered walls and a nice vibe all around.
