Gluten Free Vegan Pancake

Stack & Still

The pancake itself is lovely, fluffy, sweet and savoury. Got sriracha sauce but wouldn't get that again due to the spicy flavour throwing things off a bit. The beetroot cumin falafel are gorgeous as are the sweet piquant peppers.
