These nutritional yeast flakes may not look exciting but they're a great basic pantry staple, this container lasts for quite a while so it's also a good value for the price. Like most nutritional yeast it adds a savory cheesey flavor to recipes or sprinkled on pasta dishes or popcorn. Unlike some brands though Hoosier Hill flakes are highly fortified with B vitamins including a huge amount of B12.
