I haven't made a good banitsa since going vegan. Even though this one is not traditional, it was so so good. The vegan egg replacement was actually surprisingly good 😊 I was skeptical on how it will be in such type of pastry, but it ended up so good 👍 I'd definitely buy that again. It's basically starches, so it's not that great for you, but when I need to make some typo of custard, I'd definitely use that. Ordered from V-delivery. #veganinbulgaria #veganin2023
