This is a great product to have on hand if you make anything that needs soaked cashews. If I forget to soak (which is often!), this can whip up cashew cream in a hurry. It’s the consistency of nut butter and can turn into cream or milk depending on how much water you add. I used it for horseradish mashed potatoes!
