This is surprisingly #spicy! 🌶️ Especially for #finedining, I must add. More surprisingly, @m1tch9i preferred this over the risotto that she originally ordered. It’s the #noodles, I guess 😋 There’s a strong sweet aroma of #tamarind that drowns out everything in the #padthai. It’s still a #Thai flavour, but I found it rather lacking. Perhaps just a touch more salt? Three pieces of unflavoured #tofu too, so this is probably the weakest dish I’ve had in my two times here. Especially for a S$32 serving of what’s otherwise a very beautifully presented dish. Hopefully this was just a one-off mess up 🤞
