This was so good that I bought one two days in a row! The pastry was super flaky, buttery, and fresh tasting but the best part was the vegan custard in the middle. It was so creamy and rich, and was perfectly balanced by the juicy blueberries throughout. I loved that this pastry wasn’t overly sweet and sugary. You absolutely have to try one of these if you’re at Clementine. The only thing is that they’re quite expensive… $6 each plus tax. #veganpastry #kouignamann #dessertforbreakfast #custard
