This dish is MINDBLOWING! The poached egg from Yo egg foods is AMAZING! The texture on point but without the sulfur flavor that eggs have. They’re made with chickpeas. Absolutely delish!! Tofurky ham and a bagel with hollandaise sauce. Seriously so good!! This is a must have! The potatoes on the side… meh…
