Overall this is not bad. It's thick and creamy with a slightly sweet and nutty taste. It is a bit chalky, which is pretty normal for a higher protein milk alternative. I like that it is higher in protein and calories, but I wouldn't choose this over soymilk or other cheaper options. I only got this because I found it inexpensive at Grocery Outlet, but I think this is usually a more expensive brand.
