These bars are a perfect little snack! I love the variety of textures, from the chocolate coating to the gooey caramel to the cookie bar interior. The structure actually reminds me of a Twix bar, which used to be one of my favorites before I went vegan. The flavors of peanut butter, jelly, and chocolate really come through.
