This Tasty Thai Tofu salad was another winner from Chef Tanya’s Kitchen. The roasted peanut dressing was delicious and packed separately so you can drizzle on to your heart’s content. Everything g in the salad was fresh and flavorful. Romaine, cucumber, seared tofu, quinoa and red peppers unite to make a hearty salad that you could eat as a meal. We split several things so we could try more items but I could have easily eaten any one item for dinner and been very happy.
