I make these #rice #noodles for #tofu stir-fries on days I have no idea what to make! I pan fried leftover strips of #zucchini and #carrots in a little bit of sesame oil along with some diced red #onions and strips of tofu. I then tossed the rice noodles in with some #coconutaminos, a little bit of #chili #garlic sauce and #hoisinsauce. I topped with sesame seeds. #yummy! 😋
Plus these stir fry rice noodles are only made with rice and water! 😋
