Oh wow seriously outstanding, potentially the tastiest and most glorious 清汤 I have ever had in my entire life 🤤 I'm not a big fan of #noodles with #clearsoup, but for this I'll change 😋

The second picture is actually how it came presented, but I felt that stirring it up a bit did more justice to the richness of the ingredients. #tofu (soft kind), #enoki, #radish, julienned #carrot, #blackfungus, #yam, and of course the promised #seaweed that gave this thing all the sweetness and umami I could ever have wanted 😚
