This vegan friendly #brioche is really good! I’m no #burger #bun expert so I don’t really know about all the brand, but i have to say could say is that it was not easy finding good vegan friendly buns! It seems like every other brand I could find had milk or eggs in them. This pack comes with 4, which is a perfect amount for me.
Taste wise, this doesn’t have any strong sweetness many other buns have that end up overshadowing the flavours of the burger toppings. The texture’s nice as well, soft but firm enough to not fall apart.
In terms of nutrition, don’t count on it as the main source of anything, but it’s still a good amount of #carbs and some vegetable #protein, so overall well rounded for a bun.
