These are incredibly rich and chocolate-y, and feel very indulgent.
They are small to medium sized cupcakes which is perfect because any bigger and they’d be really sickly.
My husband complained that the ratio of frosting to cake is too high, I’d say about 50/50, and I have to agree. I’d like a little less frosting on these, the amount at the moment is a bit excessive.
£1.99 for two is maybe a little dear however they are priced the same as Morrisons non-vegan chocolate cupcakes so you can’t really complain. Perfect for an occasional treat I think!
