Having lived in Wisconsin for over a decade now, I've developed high expectations for cheese. I think Chao Creamery is my favorite vegan cheese. I love the slices, but this was my first foray into using the shreds. The taste is delightful. Used these on pan pizzas. They didn't melt particularly well, but I went in expecting that so I didn't deduct any stars. 🧀

I’ve found that if you blast the cheese with a crème brûlée torch for a few seconds after you take it out of the oven it really melts up quite nicely, but it does cool pretty quick
