My first time ever trying udon noodles, vegan or not. I've been hearing about them for so long, and even though I'm
a huge asian foods fan, I somehow managed to not try them.
They were fine. A little too soft for me or
that's their natural texture if that makes sense. The veggies (cabbage
I think ), mushrooms and "meet/tofu" were awesome. Sauce was good. But I didn't like the noodles that much.

Overall good meal. Especially for a cold day.
Oh I forgot to mention the fresh parsley on top. It was so good. I like me some fresh parsley on everything soo... 🌿🌿🌿
