I wasn’t sure what to order so went my guts with this one.
Soft and bouncy #horfun noodles in #braised #herbal broth. The ‘duck’ is chewy with the texture of #mushroom. Added a tablespoon of #chillipadi and a bit of black vinegar to tweak the flavour to my liking. Not bad.
