I enjoy these stir fry veggies in a Korean style sauce for a quick addition to a meal. You could eat this on its own with the zucchini spirals for a light meal but I like it as a side dish along side some tofu or rice for a heartier meal and to mix and match flavors. I’ve bought this twice now and it will be something I keep on hand in the freezer. Thanks TJs for another yummy vegan dish!
