Quick and easy to make. Simply add boiling water, rest, shape and then bake/fry. I did them in the air fryer and they turned out crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. They were maybe a little too crumbly. Flavour wise I think they were lacking something but I just can’t put my finger on it. #falafel #readymeal #chickpea

Thank you for the review. Air frying is a little tricky to get right in terms of not drying them out but cooking through. Our falafel do come out a little on the the softer side(sometimes crumbly when hot), it was done to ensure they are not dry. In terms of lack of flavour, we try keep salt as low as possible and for most people they could use some more chilli for a little more bite. Easy to add, you can also add a little fresh parsley or garlic once the mix is set.
