I looked for Hoplà 100% vegetable cream (the one in the pink package) but, they only had the one with milk protein 😞.
So I bought this OraSì 100% vegetable cream and liked it.
I was going to use it to make panna cotta and was concerned that it was slightly salty. Actually the salt is not noticeable, in fact it is sweetish.
Ingredients
Water, soybean extract (water, hulled soybeans (2%)), sunflower oil, modified starch, sugar, maltodextrin, stabilizer (locust bean gum), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), sea salt, natural flavor, vitamins (D, B12).
