With the end of the year and the expectation of all the things New Year will bring us, I was feeling adventurous and ready to try something new. This dish's name translates to "rattle", it's a play on the word "chocolate" (no need to translate this one) and "alho" (garlic). And that's exactly what it is: chocolate with fried garlic. It wasn't bad, as we would say in Brazil, it was exotic. Buf it's not an experience I'd be thrilled to repeat. Which brings me to the question: did anyone EVER order it twice? #curitiba #curitibacapitalvegana
